Kitchen remodel cost in New Hampshire
What a kitchen remodel costs in New Hampshire when the layout stays the same, with ranges from the Atlas estimator and an honest explanation of why kitchen ranges are wide.
Every number on this page comes from the Atlas Instant Ballpark, the same estimator you can use for your own home. These are example houses to show how the price behaves. They are not quotes, and your written estimate after a site visit is the number that counts.
Example ranges
| Example scope | Atlas ballpark range |
|---|---|
| Twelve-by-ten kitchen, same layout, semi-custom cabinets, quartz counters | $17,100 to $47,300 |
| Fourteen-by-twelve kitchen, same layout, custom cabinets, quartzite counters | $35,500 to $87,500 |
| Any kitchen where the layout changes | Priced after a site visit |
Moving walls, plumbing, or appliances is priced after a site visit.
This is a ballpark, not a quote. It is not adjusted to your site until someone from Atlas sees it; final pricing comes after a site visit and a written estimate.
What changes the price
- Cabinet line. The single biggest factor. The same kitchen can vary a great deal depending on the cabinet line and door style.
- Cabinet length. More linear feet of cabinets means more boxes, more counter and more installation.
- Countertop material. Quartz, quartzite and other stones are priced differently.
- Layout. Keeping the sink, range and walls where they are keeps plumbing, gas and structure out of the job.
- Age of the house. Homes built before 1978 need lead-safe practices during demolition.
Appliances, the sink and faucet, and flooring are not in these ranges. Changing the layout is priced after a site visit. Atlas is not a structural engineering firm. When a project needs an engineered design, a licensed structural engineer designs it and we build to that design.

Common questions
Why is the range so wide?
Because cabinet lines vary so much. The low end reflects simpler lines and the high end the most expensive ones. Once you choose cabinets and counters, the estimate narrows.
Are appliances included?
No. You choose and buy your appliances, and we plan the cabinets around them.
