Common repairs
- Running or leaking toilets, faucets and supply lines
- Entry, storm and sliding door replacement, like this metal entry door and this slider in a brick wall
- Drywall and ceiling repairs
- Trim, siding and rot repairs
- Railings, steps and porch repairs
When a repair keeps coming back
Repeated leaks, peeling paint or recurring rot usually have a cause that is not visible from the surface. We will tell you if we think a deeper look would save you from paying for the same repair twice.
Comparing bids? Check for these
Lower bids often leave these out. Every Atlas estimate includes them.
- Removal and disposal of the old door
- A flashed sill pan under the threshold
- Lockset, deadbolt and new interior casing

Common questions
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A running toilet, a door that will not latch or a ceiling patch after a leak are all jobs we do.
Why does a new entry door need a sill pan?
Water that gets past the threshold has to drain back out. A flashed sill pan under the door catches it, so the subfloor and framing below the door stay dry.
Can you match the trim or siding around a repair?
We match as closely as the available products allow, and we will tell you before we start if an exact match is not possible.
Can I get a price before anyone visits?
Yes, for entry doors and drywall repair. The Instant Ballpark gives a range, and the final price comes after a site visit and a written estimate.
