What a siding replacement includes
- Removal and disposal of the old siding
- A look at the sheathing and framing once they are exposed
- Repairs to any rotted sheathing or trim we find
- New housewrap, window and door flashing
- New siding, trim, soffit and fascia as needed
- Daily cleanup and a final walk-around with you
Siding we install
Most of our standard siding jobs are vinyl, which comes in more styles than many people expect, from classic lap to board and batten and decorative shakes. See the vinyl siding options. We also install fiber cement, cedar and engineered wood siding through our premium siding work.
Before the new siding goes on
Once the old siding is off, the condition of the wall is in plain view. If we find soft sheathing, gaps around windows or signs of past leaks, we show you and explain the options before covering anything back up.

Comparing bids? Check for these

- Tear-off and disposal of the old siding, not siding over it

- Lead-safe (EPA RRP) setup, containment and cleanup on homes built before 1978

Common questions
Do you repair small sections of siding?
Yes. If the rest of the siding is in good shape, we can replace damaged sections and match it as closely as the available product allows.
Can you replace siding on an older house?
Yes. On homes built before 1978 we follow EPA lead-safe work practices when disturbing painted surfaces.
