Common questions
Can you build from plans I already have?
Yes. We review your plans and price them, or help you develop them with the drafting professionals we work with.
What is the difference between a code-built home and a high-performance home?
A code-built home meets the minimum the law requires. A high-performance home goes further on airtightness, insulation and moisture control. Our cost planner shows the same designs priced both ways.
Do you give a written estimate?
Yes. You get a clear written estimate and scope before anything is signed.
