What we do most in Concord
- A third of Concord's homes were built before 1940, so lead-safe renovation and careful work on old walls come up on most jobs.
- Older houses are often drafty and hard to heat. A building science assessment with a blower door finds where the air is getting in before any money goes into repairs.
- With about 43 percent of homes renter-occupied, rental maintenance and unit turns are a regular request from Concord landlords.
