Vinyl plank (LVP) flooring cost in New Hampshire
What vinyl plank (LVP) flooring costs to install in New Hampshire homes, with ranges from the Atlas estimator and what changes the price.
Every number on this page comes from the Atlas Instant Ballpark, the same estimator you can use for your own home. These are example houses to show how the price behaves. They are not quotes, and your written estimate after a site visit is the number that counts.
Example ranges
| Example scope | Atlas ballpark range |
|---|---|
| About 400 sq ft over a wood subfloor, old carpet removed | $5,700 to $6,800 |
| About 800 sq ft on a concrete slab, with a moisture barrier | $9,700 to $11,900 |
| Any floor where old tile has to come up first | Priced after a site visit |
Taking up tile can damage the floor under it, so tile removal is priced after a site visit.
This is a ballpark, not a quote. It is not adjusted to your site until someone from Atlas sees it; final pricing comes after a site visit and a written estimate.
What changes the price
- Floor area. LVP is priced by the square foot.
- What is coming up. Removing carpet is simple; old tile takes much more labor and is priced after a site visit.
- The subfloor. Concrete slabs get a 6-mil moisture barrier. Uneven floors may need leveling.
- Trim and transitions. Quarter round and transitions between rooms are included, not left for you.
Hardwood refinishing is a different job. See our hardwood floor staining project in Nashua and flooring.

Common questions
Can LVP go in a basement?
Yes, over a concrete slab with a moisture barrier, as long as the basement does not flood. We check for moisture first.
Do you move furniture?
Tell us what is in the room when you book, and we will plan for it on the estimate.
